A comprehensive scaffolding training programme
‘Knowledge is only valuable if it changes something around it; that is the whole point of our model,’ said Hicham El Habti, President of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), recently.
This vision is now taking shape with the official launch of the Technix Scaffolding School, in partnership with Layher Formation France.
A unique training ecosystem
Technix Scaffolding School positions itself as a leading centre dedicated to scaffolding trades. It offers a comprehensive training programme for scaffolders and inspectors as well as supervisors, engineers and HSE managers.
Its ambition is clear: to raise standards of safety, performance and professionalism in a sector where technical expertise and vigilance are vital.
A school aligned with international standards
Designed according to global best practices, this school aims to:
- strengthen industrial capacity,
- reduce the risks associated with working at height,
- certify competent and responsible professionals.

A lever for Moroccan and African industry
Energy, mining, construction, manufacturing: all industrial sectors are involved. The Scaffolding School invites economic players in Morocco and across Africa to seize this opportunity to develop their internal skills, improve their performance and establish a sustainable safety culture.
Much more than structures: careers and lives
Beyond the technical aspect, this project has a humanitarian mission: to save lives by making working at height safer.
As the initiators point out, it is not just a question of building reliable structures, but also of building solid careers and ensuring a responsible and safe working environment.
